What You Can Expect

  • Our nutrition consultations begin with a 60 to 90 minute first visit.
  • In the first half of the visit we assess your medical and nutritional status, through medical and food history. In the second half we prepare a nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
  • Follow up visits last 30 minutes to 60 minutes. In these visits we assess and/or modify your nutrition plan, and provide further counseling.
  • Our patients have an average of 3 visits with us, but for your situation more, or fewer, visits may be appropriate.
