SOME GOALS FOR 2025

Make the most of your health goals during 2025. Here are some goals to consider.

ESTABLISH A ROUTINE. Be consistent. One way to kick start your 2025 goals is to create a schedule and set reminders on your phone, calendar, or planner.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS. Have a process in place to measure success, such as habit trackers and apps.

INCLUDE DAILY MOVEMENT, whether it is increasing your step count or trying an exercise class.

ESTABLISH A BEDTIME ROUTINE to ensure seven to eight hours of sleep per night by turning off your phone notifications and reducing screen time before bedtime.

REMEMBER YOUR WHY. If you start to slip back into old habits, remember why you’re making your change.

STAY HYDRATED. Drink more water. Also substitute water for soda and juice.

NOURISH YOUR BODY with wholesome foods, including lean proteins, non-starchy vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and non-fat or low-fat dairy.

FOCUS ON SMALL WINS on the way to achieving a larger goal. If your resolution is to eat three servings of vegetables daily and you only ate two, recognize that you still made healthy choices.
