- Our experienced licensed nutritionists offer a full range of comprehensive nutrition counseling, whether it is to address your medical condition, prevent disease, lose weight or feel better.

- We work with each person one-on-one and will personalize your nutrition plan, taking into account your medical history, personal food preferences, lifestyle, goals and needs.

What You Can Expect
- Our nutrition consultations begin with a 60 to 90 minute first visit.
- In the first half of the visit we assess your medical and nutritional status, through medical and food history. In the second half we prepare a nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
- Follow up visits last 30 minutes to 60 minutes. In these visits we assess and/or modify your nutrition plan, and provide further counseling.
- Our patients have an average of 3 visits with us, but for your situation more, or fewer, visits may be appropriate.
