SEVEN HEALTHY SUMMER TREATS

FROZEN GRAPES DRINK
Ingredients: Grapes
Instructions: Pair frozen grapes in sugar-free or plain seltzer water to make a mocktail spritz.

WATERMELON SORBET
Ingredients: Watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves.
Instructions: Blend watermelon and lime juice until smooth, freeze in a container, scrape with a spoon to serve.

GRILLED PEACHES WITH CINNAMON
Ingredients: ripe peaches, halved and pitted, a little honey, ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush peach halves with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill peaches, cut side down, for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes.

FROZEN YOGURT BARK
Ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, mixed berries, a handful of nuts.
Instructions: Spread Greek yogurt on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey, top with berries and nuts, freeze, then break into pieces.

GUACAMOLE WITH POMEGRANATE
Ingredients: Guacamole (avocado, red onion, cilantro, spice, lime juice, salt), pomegranate seeds.
Instructions: Mash the pitted and scooped avocado for desired consistency (smooth or chunky). Mix in guacamole ingredients, then fold in the pomegranate seeds. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve immediately with baked tortilla chips and/or veggies.

CARROT, CUCUMBER AND JICAMA SNACK
Ingredients: carrots, cucumbers, peeled jicama, lime, hot sauce.
Instructions: Cut same-size medium carrot, cucumber and jicama sticks, include lime juice and sprinkle hot sauce to taste.

MOCKTAIL SANGRIA
Ingredients: unsweetened 100% pomegranate or cranberry juice, kombucha, seltzer water, lime, orange juice, chopped fruit (apples, berries, and citrus).
Instructions: Fill a large pitcher with chopped fruit of choice. Pour remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Taste test and adjust flavoring as needed. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Remove from fridge and serve.
